⛔️Problem!⛔️ please fix! Ps love the game

There is a problem where when scrolling through building and businesses to buy, the game trys to over compensate for it and scrolls really fast and really suddenly. I just got update 1.6.1 and the new issue arose. I do not think it is because I have a iPhone 5c but it might. Please check and fix the issue!
